The Carlton is one of the most established Restaurants in Aberystwyth, the Carlton Restaurant has recently been completely refurbished over the past years and expanded to accommodate its growing customer base, it can now seat 85 covers. The new modern look reflects the high standard of quality produce and service on offer. To increase the utmost comfort The Carlton is now fully-Airconditioned, includes new baby changing facility and free kids club packs.
A large selection of Muffins, Flapjacks, Waffles, Shortbreads and much more, including Homemade Scones, Toasted Tea Cakes and Bara Brith are available, to accompany our quality 100% Arabica Lavazza Colombian Coffee. Served fresh bean-to-cup, it is one of the best aromatic and fragrant coffees you will ever taste, fair trade branded for a better life for third world countries.
Quality hot meals are served throughout the day at reasonable prices from the Carlton Cooked Breakfast at £3.50, to 10oz welsh Sirloin Steak with all the trimmings at £8.95. All meals are cooked to order, guaranteeing you fresh quality food every time. An extensive choice of daily fresh Sandwiches, Hot Baguettes, Jacket Potatoes and Homemade Soup for those who prefer a light meal, we also sell award winning welsh dairy ice cream from Pembrokeshire and all are available from 9.00am until 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 2.00pm on Sundays (opening hours may be extended during summer months.)
